Apartments
Our farmhouse is composed by 9 holiday apartments of different size, which can accommodate from 2 to 8 persons according to their features and layout.
All these apartments are finely furnished according to the tradition of the typical Tuscan country house.
The classic style is perfectly combined with all modern conveniences: heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and WIFI.
All the kitchens are fully-equipped. There is a shared barbecue and washing machine available for the guests. We have an EV charger available for your guests.
It is possible to enjoy the peace and quietness of the surrounding countryside in the various private outdoor spaces of the farmhouse.
Casa Lecci
The apartment Casa Lecci has its own furnished terrace. It is composed by three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is suitable for six to eight persons. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped incuding dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer and there is also a fireplace.
Guests have a private outdoor space at their disposal.
Casa Aiuola
Casa Aiuola is completely situated on the ground floor and has a surface of 90 m2. It is divided in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. It also has a fireplace. Also a shared washing machine is availble.
Guests of Aiuola have a private terrace at their disposal.
Casa Ulivi
The apartment Casa Ulivi is located on the first floor of the main farmhouse. This apartment lies near the swimming pool and has a spacious living with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fireplace.
A private terrace is available for the guests.
Casa il Cipresso
Casa il Cipresso is an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms which can host up to six persons. It’s decorated in a typical Tuscan style, the roofbeams and the terra cotta floors are original. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and fridge/freezer. There is also a fireplace.
A private terrace is available for the guests.
Casa Noce
Casa Noce is located on the ground floor of the colonial farmhouse and has a beautiful view over the hills. Compared to the other apartments, the kitchen of Casa Noce is fairly small. The living room has a fireplace, and with two bedrooms and two bathrooms this apartment offers enough privacy and confort for a family of four persons.
An outdoor private space is available for the guests.
Casa le Carrube
The apartment Le Carrube (47m2) can host up to four people and it is located on the ground floor. As the apartment has only one bedroom, the third and fourth guest use the sofa bed in the living room, . There is also a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. A private terrace is available for the guests.
Casa Acacie
Casa Acacie is an apartment of 50 m2 with one bedroom and one bathoom. The sofa bed in the living room can be used by a third and fourth person. The fully-equipped kitchen inlcudes a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. In front of the entrace guests have their own private terrace.
Casa le Rose
Casa le Rose is an apartment with one bedroom, a living room and a bathroom located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It can host a couple or a family with one kid. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. The guests have a small private terrace at their disposal.
Casa Rosmarino
Casa Rosmarino is located in the central farmhouse. Ideal for couples, the apartment has a living room with fireplace, one bedroom and one bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen included a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer.
